Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period with your order number and the specific reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original box with all included accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
